Description
My very dressy beautiful amaryllis bloomed for three lovely winters but this year declined to grace my dining room. I'm headed to the nearest nursery for two more bulbs! This photograph was taken last year.

Thanks so very much Jeannie. I never "met" an amaryllis when I was young (wild violets were my favs then) but now this flower and hydrangeas are my top loves!

Thanks, Ruth. I didn't quite follow procedures for storing and I don't think the bulbs will bloom for me this year. I did have them for three years though.
