The work had a beautiful mood and some kind of mysterious feeling over it. If it's been taken from a dream and how I love that tree at the bottom left....very beautiful, Nancy.
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
This is my work, but a copy of my Chinese brush painting teacher, a grand master who had seven students in his class. Each week we copied one of his works. And we watched him paint. So we learned. I loved every minute! My thanks to Dr. Frank Chiu.

I loved learning brush painting! What a difference it has made in my work....every painting since comes with new confidence and skill. I sometimes practice on great rolls of white paper and lately heavy brown paper which allows for layers of color. Thanks for your compliments....need to get back to work!!
