Description
Applying negative color to any object allows for new discoveries. I've transformed the Rocky mountains....white with black snow and now I've made this beautiful jonquil blue. I love seeing it all new again, the familiar shape now a strange and exotic color. Paired with a painting of mine which also got a color wash. Enjoy.

Thanks so much, Dora for this feature in Visions of Spring - Glances of Summer. It's always a treat to have this extra showcase and be in your gallery.

Congratulations on your feature in the Fine Art America Group "Images That Excite You!"
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Many thanks, John for this feature. I've loved using real flowers paired with my abstract art. Now I've stepped further by abstracting the color with Picasa.

Thanks, Meg. This caught my eye...from May of last year but never posted!
