This is the moment and they (the collection grows every year) were all there in their special garden in the garden, now expanded to three or four yards, all curved and bordered with flat stones....just right for getting close to the blooms for photography. The Missouri Botanical Garden is very proud of their day lilies. Last year one could sign up and take the bulbs home. If you have the space....they do love space. Room to be beautiful!

These colors are electric...so modern looking. I'm amazed at the hybrid day lilies. I have a new set of metallic watercolors..also amazing!
