I took this photograph with my Nikormat camera in 1984 and have reshot it

Lovely colors and beautiful garden and shot!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I have a whole folder of shots from that day...that beautiful day...and I had them developed 9 x 11. After all of these years the color has not faded. Amazing! Of course I keep them in the folder! Thanks, Meg.

Nancy, what a memorable and joyful time you must have had there. This is a fabuous image, perfectly captured & so well processed. I could get lost in this garden. Dreamy & a delight for my eyes. LF
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
We were in Paris on my husband's business and his partner rented a town car and we took a very fast one day trip to Giverny. If you ever get the chance.....go.

Thank you, Angela. It's a great destination and I assume the gardens are as nice as they were then.....!

Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Thanks, Marina. I shot a picture of my original and it's not quite as good, but with this many flowers and plants who notices?

Lucky you, to see this in person...just beautiful Nancy
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I feel so lucky. I did get back to Paris again, but never to the countryside. It's so beautiful, I want to go to the Provence someday....Matisse land, Van Gogh country....!
