Description
A welcome sight in any neighborhood....a fence filled with these wonderful flower trumpets. I have always loved Morning Glories and as a child knew where they all grew. It was interesting for me to make a nice pattern of blossoms and leaves, abstracting the flow with calligraphic intent! Enjoy!

Many thanks I'ina. Morning Glories remind me of trumpets...hence all the music they bring. Loud and wonderful!

Nancy, this beautiful painting is full of one of my favorite flowers, the sweet morninging glories. My childhood room was wallpapered in morning glories and my bed and bureau were hand painted with the blossoms. I still have warm feelings of the memory of that special room and living in a garden. Your painting takes me back in a very special place- simple, old fashioned and embracing. LF
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Many thanks for sharing your childhood memories! The wallpaper and hand painted furniture a delight. Childhood was so different then...before television...vivid!

Lovely and uplifting morning glory artwork, another favorite flower. FAV
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I have some amazing memories which include morning glories. They are everywhere I lived, always in someone's yard. I never tried to grow them....but...well...it might be this year!!
