Our throw pillows are made from 100% spun polyester poplin fabric and add a stylish statement to any room. Pillows are available in sizes from 14" x 14" up to 26" x 26". Each pillow is printed on both sides (same image) and includes a concealed zipper and removable insert (if selected) for easy cleaning.

I began my love for art by watching my mother paint in oils and pastels. I must have caught the bug because I have enjoyed fifty years of drawing, painting and photography, urged on and instructed by professors, a botanist, a master of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy, water colorists and lately, mixed media devotees. After a course in cubism in 1973 I began to explore pen and ink geometric art. Each stroke was unplanned but exact, the designs becoming more elaborate and more fun to execute. I learned to paint mountains when I took lessons in Chinese brush painting. Before that I would never had considered undertaking such a huge subject much less wanting to create my own mountains. It's become a favorite of mine..... My teacher was from Taiwan and very talented.

It was a thick impasto of tempera and I enjoyed working this way. I remember working this way in college...so many years ago.
