Coo Coo was an amazing cat, living until 20, one yellow eye, one blue ....so many memories! I'm happy I caught her in this pose with deep shadows. Thanks, Bonnie for your fav!

Coo Coo Michele was with us for twenty years! She had one yellow and one blue eye....and had so many adventures I could write a book about her. So happy I was able to paint this of her.

Such a great comment from a master of many animals! Your last cat was so spot on.....that expression was priceless. We call if the "nobody home" look.

I love the simplicity of this one so much, Nancy! It has a sculptural feel to it. I know I have commented before, but this is really one of my all time favorites!.....fv

This is the famed CooCoo Michele who lived to be twenty! She is still mourned. Our new love, Feather is her replacement!

love this piece...reminds me of the Greek Islands and cats that would preen.
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Coo Coo Michel (named by my daughter) lived to be 20 years old. I could write a book about her. And I love those calendars "Cats in the Sun"...I did get to Greece but not the islands.
