I began my love for art by watching my mother paint in oils and pastels. I must have caught the bug because I have enjoyed fifty years of drawing, painting and photography, urged on and instructed by professors, a botanist, a master of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy, water colorists and lately, mixed media devotees. Thanks, RC. I just discovered that Picasa is closing its doors so I'll have to find another "engine" for my work. These colors are sort of a final salute to all the fun I've been having!!!
