Description
One of the many rivers which carry boaters through Forest Park and back to the Boat Pavilion lake. Paddle boats and kayaks, big ones and two man provide the fun on the water which an urban park needs to provide. Even with the pandemic we watched the river traffic, each boat full of family, everyone wanting to be outside and adventuring. Between boats, I caught this quiet moment!

It's now so hot and muggy...and lots of mosquitoes too. Still, I have never been to this park and been disappointed. So much beauty!

Gorgeous shot Nancy!

Even in the middle of the city, one can find the feeling of being in a wild place of nature.

Beautiful!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Thanks Warren. The park has quite a river system and even waterfalls (which are turned off in the winter)!
