Description
I've always admired Van Gogh's work, especially his fields with layers of color all effortlessly
applied in calligraphic lines filled with intelligence. This is my homage to that work, my total humility of course in this endeavor.

Van Gogh opened a door to Special, colorful works - if he would know - he who never sold a work in lifetime - I want to belive that he knows - and he would be happy about your beautiful work. Have a nice Sunday, dear Nancy, Dagmar fav
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
What a lovely idea, Dagmar. I have been so devoted to his work....and always wanted to visit an orchard in the spring and paint the flowering trees in plein air. This imaginary landscape is my try for now. I think he'd be happy to know he has so many artists who love him.

Many thanks John for this nice feature in Images That Excite You. I have been entranced with the potential to create art over art using the Paint program. This is my latest effort !!!
