Especially since these very mountains ...with snow...were prime destinations for my snowboarder teens....and I was the chauffeur and ski mom! There were icy roads at times, so my Volvo and I had our work cut out for us!! So many memories!! Thanks for the fb and lf t, too!

So pleased to have a print sale 30" x 20" of my plein air watercolor painting to a buyer in Atlanta, Georgia. This was a rare moment, the first snows on the San Gabriels and no smog so that they were in clear view!! I hope the print is a good one and that it will be a joy to own! Thank you!

Thank you so much Bonnie. My son and friends snowboarded on these mountains and I remember the trek up to the lodge. The roads could be quite dangerous when icy! Whew!

Thanks so very much Lenore for this feature in Old MASTERS - Painters and Traditional Arts. I can still remember painting this rare and unusual clear day with a great view of the snow covered mountains. It's one of my favorite paintings!
