Superbly done, Nancy! I adore the carefully selected colors, which create the perfect contrast to each other. An appealing and engaging composition. Fav/g+/Tweet!

My meditation....actually I've just begun with color....I spent thirty years with just pen and ink. Thanks so much for this appreciation, Rahdne.

I love this Nancy! Wonderful shapes and lines and wonderful colors! Exciting and beautiful and I love this style! l/f!

Thanks dear Meg. I have to admit that this is a habit of mine, these geometrics. I just began this year to color them....but imagine...I started this journey in 1973.

Beautiful!

Many Thanks, Marv. I have been making these pen geos for years...sometimes one a day. I didn't begin to color them until last year.

I must have caught the bug because I have enjoyed fifty years of drawing, painting and photography, urged on and instructed by professors, a botanist, a master of Chinese brush painting and calligraphy, water colorists and lately, mixed media devotees. After a course in cubism in 1973 I began to explore pen and ink geometric art. Each stroke was unplanned but exact, the designs becoming more elaborate and more fun to execute. First circles, then onward to straight lines, then organic and architectural constructions. Thirty years later I still dance out on the white space of a simple sheet of paper to weave new drawings. Picasa effects allow me to...
