Description
I'm excited by the computer's ability to paint in wild and unlikely colors, to change a white and burgundy trimmed spray of an orchid into a deep blue fantasy with surreal pink surroundings. And that tiny strip of orange and green...wow. Loved seeing that combination too. Enjoy.

Many thanks, Lenore for this special feature in Old Masters - Photography. It's such a joy to be chosen and I appreciate this extra notice of my work.
Lenore Senior
I really love this!!! Awesome! v/f!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Thanks, Lenore. My sister's house is so inspiring...the architecture, plants, cats...the light! I decided to see if I could imitate a woodcut with Picasa colors.

Lovely colors to this nice composition. Have an oriental feel to them. lf
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Wanting that look of a Japanese woodcut without doing the work!!!....Wondering also if these will reproduce nicely. I sometimes buy cards to see...but this time I might try to buy a poster. I'll report back.

Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Well, it's definitely a short cut. I keep playing with the dials...and some of the results are very nice.

Beautiful!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Thanks, Marv. I'm working on letting the computer paint with its colors...trying to see if I can make art from photographs.....we'll see.
