What if the freeways just came to a stand still, a grid lock? Perhaps we need a new path, no exit, non stop to direct the traffic which needs to bypass so much of the city and get say...to the beach for the weekend, or to the mountains....or just out of town. What about a rapid No Exit Freeway imagined by Nancy Kane Chapman.

Just back from LA two weeks and the traffic there stays with me...the hum...the thousand cars....the frequent stops....especially since it rained the day I arrived....which spells gridlock!
