Thanks so very much Lyric for this feature in Bedroom Art Gallery. This was one of the very few abstracts I've done in oils. What an adventure!
Monique Michel
Love your work! Wonderful colors!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
This was in oils and I'm just amazed at the difference, the depth of the colors. Hope to do more of these, but it's so ...messy...and the turpentine is ugh!
Elfriede Fulda

wonderful orange art work Nancy.
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Thanks, Denise. I never paint in oil....but this one started that way and the colors are so vibrant! And even more so when I add computer emendations!
Dagmar Helbig
Firework of brilliant colors, can't went my eyes off!!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
The original is not nearly so brilliant. The camera and the computer push it all to another place....the wow place. So happy you like it!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Your galleries show such talent and beauty that I'm going to have to move slowly through them to leave even a tiny comment. Awesome work, Dagmar!
Karen Adams

Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I was so surprised ....the photograph revealed this brilliance more than the original.

Gorgeous colors Nancy! I love the bit of pink! l/f!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Many thanks, Meg. The rich colors come from the oils I used. Generally I don't have enough ventilation in my basement studio but I remember painting this one outside.
