I was at this Butterfly Garden with my son who has a great macro lens. I really didn't think I had a good shot but the more I looked at this one, the better I liked its softness!

Very nice how you took this with the sun touching the leaf right in the middle
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I don't have a macro lens for this camera so it was accidental! But then so much of art is the happy accident!

Gorgeous work Nancy! LF

I intend to go back to this fabulous Butterfly Garden. There are so many wonderful fairy like butterflies and the plantings are great too!

Enchanting!
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I really don't have a macro lens so this is soft and certainly not ready to be in a Peterson guide book. Still......I liked it too!!!

What a total delight Nancy - love the light. Such a delicate creature and you've caught him perfectly. F/L T G
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
I had a wonderful Nikon macro back in the days. My present Olympus lens is not sufficient for really great shots....but then I also like a moody impressionism with photography. I'm not really into "high definition"!
