Description
Anemones are a flower I grew to love when I lived in Boston. Those career days, that nice kitchen with the blue table cloth, the vase which usually held anemones and daisies ....there with the sugar bowl. A great memory. So when I saw this parade of anemones at Whole Foods in LA, wow....I knew I had my Valentine's gift right there on my IPhone...and right here after a tiny edit. Enjoy my Valentine's Day Card!

Gorgeous image, Nancy. Such a sense of energy of life moving through the flowers. Love the colors and comp.LF

I really didn't have the time to photograph these flowers properly....but in my haste almost every photo resulted in a glorious image. I couldn't believe it! Some moments are just there for us...the light, the confidence.

I am so pleased to share my beautiful anemones in a new feature of Old MASTERS Photography. Thanks so very much, Lenore for this honor and showcase. It's my Valentine's Day gift and I'm thrilled to have it chosen.

I can't believe how nicely they "posed" in that little garden area at Whole Foods in LA.

So happy you love this flower too! I had one bulb last year but it didn't grow but I'll try again. I just would love to have these in my yard. I'm going to find some here in St. Louis and treat myself to a lovely bouquet. Thanks, Jolanta for your sweet comment!
