Description
Learning to draw portraits involved several classes from excellent teachers, but also copying from other great artists. This was one of those studies and I no longer can connect to the artist but I succeeded in a pretty good copy so hoping someone can identify its source.

Thanks so much. My mother painted portraits in oils and also pastels. I chose pencil....and always hoped to add color. Maybe I'll get there.

I've looked through art books and it must have been one from the library. Can't find the artist I copied...and want to share credit with. Maybe someone will recognize the work!
