I love the city of Pittsburgh, the rivers creating almost an island city, wonderful hills and neighborhoods, colleges and museums, a feeling of being hemmed in until you ascend a mountain on a funicular...who has funiculars?...Pittsburgh. This is just one of a few more I'll do to show my caring for this great city. I need some bridges!!!

I'm delighted, John to have my imaginary Pittsburgh featured in Images That Excite You. I transformed an acrylic abstract into a river valley and city and suddenly it looked familiar. Not completely like Pittsburgh...and I can keep working on it, but quite a joy to make this digital landscape. I'm honored to have this feature.
