I love the magnificence of this whole series! Just spectacular!! v/f!!

I can feel the weight of that heavy velvet! I have the book "Fashion:The Collection of the Kyoto Costume Institute"...a History from the l8 to the 20th Century. 500 photographs of items of clothing! A feast. And then I invented my own costume.

Many thanks, Jenn for including my costumed lady in your Geek Art group. I'm always grateful for the notice and the extra showcase for my work.

This looks as if it could be the cover of a book I would want to read! Mystery and intrigue! So unique! LF

A heavy costume drama....she reminds me a bit of Vivian Leigh in Gone With the Wind.

Thanks so much, Mary. I was a book worm as a child, reading historical novels...one after another. Huge books...Thomas B. Constaine country... so there are lots of these heroines in my imagination!
