Wondrful work, Nancy! I love doing monotypes myself, although it is a slightly different process. I usually draw/ paint on a smooth surface such as acrylic glass sheet, using black oil paint. I then transfer the image onto a paper by pressing the two together. It's fun.

I just stumbled into this process....and I'm excited to try other methods. Surely I did not use fine art materials. Thanks for the good suggestions!
