I'm delighting in this new form of art achieved with Windows 7 Paint program. I am not a techie but I'm amazed at how very easy it is to use these tools. This portrait emerged from a quick line drawing and there were many versions of color I tried before choosing this combination.

I've been trying figures as well, but that's harder to do with the mouse. The face is barely there, the structures barely there....but those eyes are interesting.

Very exciting to be doing something brand new. I'm surprised at how much I enjoy this...and indeed one has to go so quickly to make true lines...there really is a lot of random! Perhaps I'll learn how to fly this plane with some practice.
