Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
Just noticed the terrific photo you captured of this same scene with a stunning array of America flags!!! I'm mainly an artist and not a photographer but I can't help snapping away at all of the beauty of St. Louis.

F/L Wow! Did you just stand there for hours drinking in this beautiful place?
Nancy Kane Chapman replied:
There was a huge celebration, people dressed in colonial attire, dancing quadrilles, electing a "king" chosen from a bean in a cake contest....I'll post some of the action....!!

St. Louis is a city of so much beauty....and they have really preserved so much of it....I have only lived here ten years and there's still more to see.
